We struggle to find something to change about the Black Crows Anima Ski. With the shape of a playful freestyle ski and the backbone of a big-mountain board the Anima will pivot and scrub through whatever terrain we come across. On less-than-ideal days above treeline its stiff flex which gets progressively softer in the tip and tail ensures it’ll still blast through chop and wind buff like a big-mountain gun should. Meanwhile when the storm rolls in and everything gets soft the low swing weight and true twin-tip design encourage us to dip into our bag of tricks.
